✨ Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns once you finalize your purchase.
✨ All crystals & handmade items alike contain natural “imperfections”, which is what makes them perfectly imperfect. Having said that, I will always notate and photograph if there is “damage” to a product.
✨ Live Sales: Payments are due 24 hours after invoiced. Unless we have made alternate arrangements, unpaid invoices are subject to the entirety of claimed items being forfeited. Live sale packages are processed and shipped 5-7 days after payment is recieved.
✨Insurance: All packages come with a complimentary $100 insurance. Additional insurance is available for purchase under the live sale listing tab. While it is not required, it is highly recommended as Red Dirt Rituals is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
✨ Open boxes: To keep an open box, simply use code “openbox” at checkout. All open boxes must be closed within 2 months time.
✨This section only pertains to refunds that would be caused by missing items, damaged items or lost items. Please refer to our terms of service policy prior to checkout for any additional shop information you may require.
✨ All packages are covered by $100 insurance through USPS, additional insurance is available for purchase under the live sale listing tab. It is highly recommended, but not required, and covers missing items, damaged items or stolen items. Red Dirt Rituals is not responsible for anny of these scenarios and it is at buyers discretion to decline purchasing additional insurance. If you have an issue regarding one of those situations listed, you can initiate a claim for a full/partial refund via USPS by contacting them directly.

✨ We are a small shop located in and shipping out of Oklahoma. Once your package is in possession of USPS or UPS, Red Dirt Rituals is not liable for any discrepancies. We insure every package for $100 in an effort to protect all parties from any damaged items, missing items or lost packages.
We are not liable for any stolen packages or “change of hearts”. We package every item with great care and love using protective packing materials for their journey to you. Your happiness with your order is our top priority, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
